Refund Policy – Rambagicha Guest House, Tirumala

1. Booking Refunds

   • All refunds are subject to Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) rules and regulations.

   • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed only as per the booking terms mentioned at the time of reservation.

2. Cancellation

   • Cancellation of booking must be done within the permitted time as per TTD guidelines.

   • Cancellation charges, if any, will be deducted before processing the refund.

3. No-Show Policy

   • No refund will be provided in case the guest fails to check in on the scheduled date (No-Show).

4. Early Check-Out

   • No refund shall be given for early check-out or unused stay duration.

5. Force Majeure

   • No refund will be applicable for cancellations due to natural calamities, government restrictions, temple administration orders, or unforeseen circumstances beyond management control.

6. Mode of Refund

   • Approved refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment only.

   • Refund processing time may vary as per bank or payment gateway norms.

7. Management Rights

   • The management reserves the right to approve or deny refunds in accordance with TTD rules.

   • Decision of the management shall be final and binding.

8. Jurisdiction

   • All refund-related disputes are subject to Tirupati jurisdiction only.
