Check-in & Check-out
Check-in time: As per Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) rules.
Check-out time: As per allotted duration mentioned in the booking confirmation.
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and approval.
Booking & Confirmation
Room allotment is strictly subject to confirmation by the management/TTD.
Booking once confirmed cannot be transferred to another person.
Guests must carry a valid booking receipt and government-issued photo ID.
Cancellation & Refund
Cancellation and refund policies are governed by TTD rules.
No refund will be provided for no-show or early check-out.
Management reserves the right to cancel the booking in case of rule violations.
Guest Identification
Valid government ID proof (Aadhaar, Passport, Voter ID, etc.) is mandatory for all guests.
Guests without proper ID will not be allowed to check in.
Occupancy Rules
Only the number of guests mentioned in the booking are allowed to stay.
Extra persons are not permitted without prior approval.
Visitors are not allowed inside rooms.
Behavior & Conduct
Guests are expected to maintain silence and decorum, respecting the sanctity of Tirumala.
Alcohol, smoking, non-vegetarian food, and intoxicating substances are strictly prohibited.
Any misconduct may result in immediate eviction without refund.
Property & Damages
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property.
Cost of damages will be recovered from the guest.
Safety & Security
Management is not responsible for loss of valuables.
Guests are advised to take care of their belongings.
Force Majeure
Management is not liable for cancellation or disruption due to natural calamities, government orders, or unforeseen circumstances.
Management Rights
The management reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
All disputes are subject to Tirupati jurisdiction only.
